Yahoo! News - TiVo President Yudkovitz Resigns; Shares Fall

TiVo President Marty Yudkovitz is following CEO Michael Ramsay out the door.

TiVo, whose shares fell 3.5 percent, said it has no immediate plans to replace Yudkovitz.

Yudkovitz, a television industry veteran who was brought in 2003 to build closer ties with major TV players, said in a statement that he wanted to spend more time with his family.
